Warranty

Valley-quartz provides a 12-month warranty on parts and labour for services performed at our workshop. This warranty:

• Covers defects in workmanship and parts supplied by us
• Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Does not cover wear and tear items beyond their normal service life
• Requires that warranty claims be made in person at our workshop
• May be voided if subsequent work is performed by another service provider
